Here's a sneak peek of what you can expect at our upcoming mini's...

In the event that you must cancel or postpone your mini session, the retain paid is non-refundable. If you choose to re-schedule your mini session, there will be a $40 rescheduling fee. The holiday mini sessions at Elfreth's Alley are only available for December 5th. Any re-schedules from this date will take place at Photodelphia Studio, or another nearby location in Philadelphia. Photographer availability is not guaranteed.  Your retainer can be transferred to your re-scheduled session only if the session is scheduled within 1 week of the original date.  Any postponements given in less than 48 hours will not be eligible to transfer retainer.

What is your re-schedule and cancellation policy? 

We have a few entrance steps and a small gate leading up to the porch and front door. However, we are still honored that you are here and considering Photodelphia! We have a wide list of photo locations in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas that we love to shoot at, where we are happy to accommodate you at!

Is your studio handicap accesible?

In order to give you the best experience possible, I charge a price that covers our session time, my planning time, editing time, and all the goods that go into styling the sessions. This price also helps me pay for the location, subscriptions, gear, and technology I need to provide the high quality services and product you see. In addition to the amazing collaboration with Love and A Truck Vintage Co, we will also be donating a portion of all proceeds from our holiday mini sessions back to the Elfreth's Alley Association and Museum. 

Why are your prices so high? 

You will receive a MINIMUM of 15 edited photos from your mini session through an online gallery where you will be able to download and share your photos. We do not deliver every photo because trust me, you don't want every photo! I spend hours editing and choosing the best photos that we love, and know you will love, leaving all the awkward, blurry, blinking, and poorly lit photos behind!

Harley, the owner and lead photographer will always be your photographer. If the date you are looking for is already booked, we have a team of trusted photographers that we work with that will be able to give you the same experience I can! You will be notified if Harley will not be able to photograph your session/event, and you will be introduced to your photographer to be able to create a relationship beforehand! 

Who will be my photographer?

Photodelphia studio is pet friendly on most occasions, but to keep a safe and clean environment for all my clients during our day of mini sessions, we are not allowing pets in the studio. 
If you want to bring your pet along with you for the photos, be sure to join us at our Elfreth's Alley Holiday minis where we will be welcoming well-behaved pets into the museum! 

Can I bring my dog?!

Our studio is located on 40th St, which is all street parking. 40th St and Warren St are free on-street parking. Spring Garden St, and surrounding streets are 2 hour parking, which should not be an issue foe our 30 minute mini's. 

We are also a short walk from 40th St Subway Station, making it extra easy if you are coming from the city! 

Does your studio have parking?

I am just as anxious to get your photos edited and sent back to you as you are. That's why I send all my clients a sneak peek of photos within 3-5 days after your session. The full gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks after your session just in time to print out some cards and prints for Christmas!
